CONSULTATION

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

PREPARATION

You will receive guidance to help you choose wardrobe, prepare for the session, and understand what to bring.

PROOF SELECTION

A private proof gallery will generally be provided within 48 hours. You will use the gallery to select the images included with your package.

Proof images are unfinished previews provided for selection. Your chosen images will receive professional retouching before final delivery.

PHOTO SESSION

You will receive direction throughout the session, including adjustments to posture, body position, facial expression, and wardrobe.

The experience is relaxed, collaborative, and designed to help you look confident without appearing stiff or overly posed.

FINAL DELIVERY

Final retouched images are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after your selections have been submitted and payment has been completed.

You will receive high-resolution files for printing and web-ready files for websites, professional profiles, email, and social media.

  • Retouching includes professional color correction and natural adjustments to temporary blemishes, flyaway hairs, distractions, and other minor details while preserving your natural skin texture and recognizable appearance.

  • Your final delivered headshots are prepared for professional profiles, websites, social media, email, and general business marketing. Specialized advertising campaigns or expanded commercial uses can be discussed before booking.

  • Team pricing is based on the number of people, location, background requirements, scheduling, number of final images per person, and turnaround needs.

  • Select travel assignments are available. Travel fees may apply based on the location and production requirements.
